Our cold heading lines shape metal with accuracy and speed across diameters from 3mm to 35mm. We run single-die through six-station progressive machines, backed by straight-roll thread and SEMS washer capability. With more than 100 pieces of production equipment, we handle everything from simple sheet-metal screws to complex cold-formed specials.
For larger, more demanding components, we pair advanced cold forming and forging with in-house multi-axis CNC machining, screw machining and vertically integrated finishing. This end-to-end model delivers tighter tolerances, faster throughput and consistent quality at scale.
